Millard Construction Services is based in Waterford, in Racine County, and has been building, renovating and designing across Southeast Wisconsin since 1990. Our crews work daily in five counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Racine and Kenosha. That is roughly the territory from Mequon in the north to Kenosha in the south and from the Lake Michigan shore west to the lake country around Muskego, Waterford and Burlington.
Every community below has its own page because every community builds differently. A 1920s Wauwatosa colonial, a 1970s Brookfield ranch, a Muskego lake cottage and a new Franklin subdivision home each call for a different approach to design, permitting and construction. Each city page explains the local housing stock we see most, the projects homeowners there ask for, how we handle that municipality's permits and inspections, and, where we have one, a featured local project.

Our home base is Waterford, Wisconsin, in Racine County. From there we serve all of Southeast Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties, as well as projects across the Midwest.
Do you travel outside Southeast Wisconsin?
Yes. While most of our work is in the five-county Milwaukee region, we take on projects across the Midwest. Contact us with your location.
